Ngozi is a serial entrepreneur and executive-level consultant with over 20 years of experience in business startup, growth, and acquisition. Her expertise lies in strategic transformation and managing organizational change at the highest levels of commerce, government, and community organizations.  

At OBAN, Ngozi uses her business acumen to provide insights on how organizations can be more effective and efficient to achieve optimum performance. 

Ngozi holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The American University, Kogod College of Business. She has broad multi-national and multi-cultural business experience, from having lived and worked in Europe, Africa, and the Asia Pacific.

Ngozi is an acclaimed leader in the Metropolitan DC area business community and one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women in 2006 and 2017. In addition, she serves on Governor Larry Hogan, Jr’s Commission on African Affairs.

Ngozi maintains a strong presence in her community and serves on boards belonging to commercial, civic, and non-profit organizations.  She is consistently in demand as a speaker for massive live events and guest on several radio and television programs.
