OBAN Corporation serves as the prime contractor on the FDA Human Resources Support Services IDIQ, delivering comprehensive HR support across multiple FDA Centers, including the Center for Drug Enforcement and Research, Center for Veterinary Medicine, Center for Office of Technical Solutions, Center for Tobacco Products, and Center Office of Regulatory Affairs. Our work enhances recruitment, workforce planning, personnel management, and HR operations, ensuring the FDA attracts, develops, and retains a highly skilled workforce to support its public health mission.

Our team manages the full hiring lifecycle, from pre-consultation and job announcement preparation to qualifications review, certificate issuance, and onboarding, utilizing USA Staffing and other FDA systems. OBAN provides expert recruitment and staffing support, ensuring all hiring processes comply with federal regulations and merit system principles.

Beyond recruitment, OBAN delivers strategic HR consulting, classification support, personnel action processing, and human capital data analysis, enabling the FDA to optimize talent acquisition, retention strategies, and workforce planning efforts.
