As a subcontractor to Deloitte, OBAN Corporation provides comprehensive human capital support to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), ensuring efficient recruitment, assessment, and onboarding of personnel across nationwide locations. Our work helps TSA build and maintain a mission-ready workforce by supporting full lifecycle hiring for Transportation Security Officers (TSOs), Federal Air Marshals (FAMs), and Management, Administrative, and Professional (MAP) positions.

OBAN manages job postings, candidate assessments, airport evaluations, pre-employment processing, and onboarding coordination, working closely with TSA Human Capital, Resource Management Offices, and hiring managers to streamline recruitment and ensure compliance with federal hiring policies. For MAP positions, including administrative, IT, and intelligence roles, OBAN applies targeted talent acquisition strategies to meet TSA’s operational needs.
