As Director of Sales and Business Development, Mr. Baldwin is responsible for OBAN’s state and local businesses, new program initiatives, and client engagements. He has extensive experience managing global brands with special expertise in client relations, developing and executing strategic plan objectives, and administering corporate outreach initiatives.

Prior to joining the OBAN Corporation, Tony was the Director of Strategy and Operations for CMT Services, Inc. During his tenure with CMT, revenues grew over 52% and the company received several international, regional, and local awards and recognitions including INC. 5000 Fastest Growing Small Business List, American Express 50 Fastest Growing Women-Owned Companies globally, Top 100 MBE in the Middle Atlantic region and a Prince George’s County Council Proclamation.

In addition, Mr. Baldwin was a sales and marketing professional for more than twenty years, creating and leading marketing and branding campaigns on all media platforms. He held senior-level decision making positions for brands including The Rockport Company, Dockers Footwear, ECCO USA, Sperry Top-Sider, and Steve Madden’s Men’s Division.

As a fashion innovator, Tony was recognized for being the first Washington, D. C. based department store (Woodward & Lothrop) buyer to introduce global lifestyle brands like Reebok, Fila, Timberland, and Kenneth Cole.

A native of Raeford, North Carolina, Tony attended The American University in Washington, D.C. as a Frederick Douglass Scholar where he received his B.A. Degrees in Sociology and Communications. He later pursued graduate studies in Public Administration. Tony is an avid college basketball fan, especially his beloved Carolina Tar Heels.
